Experience:
My career began as a software developer specializing in MS SQL reporting and website development, supported by a Diploma in Website Development. I then expanded into project coordination, managing plant display operations and manpower planning, which sharpened my organizational and leadership skills.
Since 2020, I have transitioned into the HR domain, initially focusing on recruitment before moving into Learning & Development as a Support Executive. Currently, I serve as an L&D Manager, leading a team that conducts comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis to identify and address workplace learning gaps. I am experienced in managing Trainer the Trainer modules within the On-the-Job Training (OJT) framework, ensuring training effectiveness and engagement. Additionally, I bring over six years of experience in the landscape industry, which enriches my training approach with a unique perspective. I have also collaborated with various agencies to support organizations in achieving NACE under Ngee Ann Poly and NACE LEA certification under IAL, demonstrating my commitment to quality standards.
