How do I register for a course?
You can register by clicking the View button of the course, selecting the course run date, and clicking register. If the registration is full, you may choose to join the waiting list where the course allows it.
Can I pay using my SkillsFuture Credit?
Yes, if the course allows SkillsFuture Credit payment. Auto Application (recommended): on the payment page click Apply SkillsFuture Credit, log in via Singpass, input the amount to use and submit; if your credit is insufficient, pay the balance by any payment mode — your seat is automatically confirmed upon successful payment. Manual Application: the Training Provider can accept a manual claim ID, amount and uploaded SkillsFuture Credit letter, and you must also upload the receipt to SkillsFuture to complete the application. Reserve and Pay Later: if a seat was reserved first, log in and use Auto Application, or send the SkillsFuture Credit letter to the Training Provider for manual upload.
How do I add my registration to the waitlist?
If the course run allows a waitlist and it is full, select the course run date and proceed with registration — you will be placed on the waitlist. Once a seat is available you will be notified and the seat will be reserved. Complete your payment before the reservation due date, otherwise the seat is given to the next person in line.
Why do I have an error during registration?
Some courses have prerequisites — contact the Training Provider for help. You also cannot re-register for the same course while a prior registration has not ended.
How do I reserve a seat and pay later?
View the course, select a course run and click register. Complete the required information, continue to the payment page and click Reserve and Pay Later. Your seat is reserved and you must pay before the reservation due date.
What happens if I miss the reservation payment due date?
If the seat is still available, you can pay via the pay button. Otherwise, delete the registration and select another course run.
What is a blackout date?
The blackout date is the date for a course run after which all reschedules and withdrawals must be approved by the Training Provider. Before the blackout date, you can reschedule or withdraw your seat without approval. Fees may apply per policy.
Can I reschedule or withdraw my seat after registration?
Yes. After the course run blackout date, both are subject to approval, and an administrative fee may apply per policy.
How do I receive notifications for future course run dates?
Click the Alert Me button on the course panel to receive email notifications for new runs; unsubscribe anytime. The course is automatically added to your FAV tab, and favourites can be managed via the star icon beside the course name.
What payment modes can I use?
Payment modes are set by the Training Provider; the available modes appear on the payment page for each course.
Do I get a refund to my SkillsFuture Credit if I withdraw?
Yes — up to one day before the course starts, the credit application is cancelled upon successful withdrawal. After that, withdrawal is subject to Training Provider approval; if successful, log in to SkillsFuture to cancel your credit application.
How do I apply SSG funding to a course?
You do not need to apply separately if the course has funding. If you are eligible based on your nationality, NRIC and date of birth (check the Profile tab after login), funding is applied automatically — the funding amount is displayed and you only pay the nett fee.
Where can I view my registered courses?
Click the My Registration tab to view the list of your registered courses.
Can my company register multiple learners at once?
Yes — with a Corporate Account you can upload a file with multiple learners and register them in one go.
How do multiple accounts work?
Multiple accounts can share the same login email, but each account must have a different company name. Accounts can share the same UEN and billing information. After login, click the arrow beside the account name to switch accounts.
When will I know if my course is confirmed?
Individual registration: payment completes the registration; email reminders are sent 7 and 2 days before the course, plus a confirmation once the course is confirmed. Corporate registration: learners receive reminders 7 or 2 days before the start date, and the officer-in-charge receives the confirmation email — bring it to class on Day 1.
